This site is patient education published by Chongqing West District Hospital. It is written to the hospital’s content standards and to the advertising rules governing medical content, which is why it reads differently from a commercial clinic site.
What this site does not do
It names no implant brand and no device trade name, and describes materials only by their class — silicone gel-filled or saline-filled, smooth or textured shell. It quotes no dose and no price. It publishes no before-and-after gallery used as a promise, and it makes no claim that a particular result can be achieved by either route.
Both options are described alike
This is a neutral comparison. Neither an implant nor autologous fat transfer is presented as the default, as a first step towards the other, or as the answer for most people. Where an option cannot do something, that limit is stated for both options rather than for one of them.
